G'day lore monkeys,

Considering the fluidity of Amia's lore in combining elements of 3rd and 3.5 edition, who are currently the recognised arch-dukes of the Nine Hells? And is Tiamat still in the first layer Avernus or is she elsewhere?

Are we going by the Book of Vile Darkness or the Fiendish Codex II?

I believe the D&D wiki is accurate save for one. Baalzebul is still replaced by The Rider Beyond, as far as I'm aware.
