Posters are prominently displayed in front of each entrance, as well as by the Triumvir's lamp and cart area.

Laws of Wharftown"The following actions are not permitted in Wharftown; violators will be given a sentence and/or fine based on their crime. If violators cannot afford fines, labor or goods of equal value can be substituted. Refusal to serve a sentence or pay a fine will result in banishment until the debt is paid.

    Murder or Attempted Murder- Execution and/or Permanent Banishment

    Assault - 50,000 gold, temporary banishment

    Threatening or disobeying the order of a militia member, Selûnite clergy, or Government Official - 30,000 gold

    Theft - 30,000 gold

    Damage of property - Minimum 10,000 gold, higher according to value of property

    Harassment - 20,000 gold

Any person who commits murder, attempts murder, or acts in a way that could threaten the lives of citizens (including but not limited to reckless offensive spellcasting) on Wharftown soil may be dealt with using deadly force and banned from the settlement.

Wharftown is a sovereign power. No person inside of Wharftown may be arrested or harmed for previous lawbreaking except by a militia member. No member of a neighboring sovereign power, even those within the Treaty of Light, may issue orders to citizens unless given leave by the Captain of the Hands of Ieriyn or Mayor Garth Arnemen.

Individuals and Organizations Banned from WharftownAsgoth - Bald, pale human necromancer, facially disfigured. Seen in the company of a skeleton familiar. Wears tattered black robes. Known for kidnapping children.

Blue - Female hin, tends to dress in all blue.

Dirk Longstride - Male human, usually carries a mug full of ale, cowled in neutral colors. Rough accent, from West Cordor.

Frugdar - barbarian favoring the skin of a black bear, extremely dangerous and volatile, kill on sight.

Megilaccio - Human male, dark hair, leader of the Steel Boar mercenary company.

Nulara Darketis - human female, black hair, Preistess of Shar.

Ryrik Follenstein - Human male, favors plate armor with large pauldrons and a long kilt.

Shade Illith'vir - Male tiefling, black eyes and backward curving horns, pallid skin, tends to trail shadows.

Solibrood - Large male earth genasi, wears plate and a helm shaped like a skull, carries a black tower shield with white spots.

Thayan Cabal - All those associated with the group lead by Baraz Daston. You know who you are, and so do we.

Attention

Henceforth, wearing of helms or hoods which conceal facial features is banned within
the settlement of Wharftown. Those who do not comply with this law by refusing to
show their face will be fined 20,000 gold pieces and asked to leave the settlement.

Attention: Regarding Helms/Hoods/Masks/Etc.

It is clearly defined in the townships laws that the aforementioned items are not permitted to be worn within the town or any of its establishments at any time. To clear any further confusion with this law- this extends to any, despite relations or affiliations. For those with questions you may speak with Captain Alanna regarding such issues. Until a time that this law is modified/changed/removed, it will be enforced fully.

In the absence of the Dame Alanna, Mayor Garth adds a few names to the list of banned individuals.

(As usual, still allowed to use the cart systems if necessary)

Following names added to the above list of bans:

HoJo: Pale human necromancer and palemaster, undead appendage, often wearing black clothes and helmet, carrying staff, often smells of decay.

Gerald: Somewhat overweight human demon summoner, often carrying a staff, wearing red attire. Association with Hojo.

The following law has been implemented in the town.

No Face Concealment: Anything that conceals a person's face in any way is not permitted. If seen, the person will be asked to remove it. If the request is refused, they will be forced to pay a fine of 10,000 gold and be removed from town.

Following name has been added. All names will be readded to the master list in an effort to keep the banlists clear and concise.

Wade: Pale Human, light blonde hair, favoring dark black and red clothing. Dual-wielder of long blades. Evaded arrest on the grounds of Wharftown.

Ban Duration: Two weeks as of 12/20/16

Due to the acts of assault, disobeying members of the militia, as well as threatening members of the militia, among other things, this ban has been made permanent with no chance for appeal in the future.
