So we've been at a little bit of a standstill lately - work has been progressing on these initiatives since the end of the war, but we've been confused as to how to proceed because there's no real streamlined process for these things re: materials, time, money, etc. DM input would be appreciated so we have some goals to work towards and a timeline for when things will be completed. Below are all the initiatives. Temple of Selune Underground ExpansionLiving Quarters (for refugees and the infirm) Private consultation rooms Two secure cells with silver-plated bars and restraints Meeting Room (for town hall gatherings, etc) Clockwork Factory1 large industrial forge 2 small artisan forges 1 overhead foundry crucible (with heat enchantments) Clockwork presses, hammers, and casting equipment (powered by 1 iron golem) 1 tinkering and assembly room 1 enchanting and ritual room Docks (materials, gold, and workers provided by Kohlingen)Dry Dock Expanded docks capable of accommodating war ships and large trade vessels Cranes

((Bumping for consideration. Valerius is a project oriented character to a ridiculous extreme, and it would be helpful to have a little consultation to know how fast I should be pushing out story posts denoting his work on the town, and if we encounter any challenges that need to be addressed.))

I'm interested to know if any experts were consulted for the projects. I admittedly have not been tracking the progress being made in Wharftown, so the answer is probably yes.
I don't want to step on anyone else's toes, in the event that this sort of thing has already been overseen. - The list of improvements is fairly substantial afterall.

Selune Temple: No idea, that's Alanna's schtick.
Factory: Vale is the designer and architect, based on work done for Kohlingen while he was a magi there (The thread itself it called "Defensive Measures" For the DMs interested, unless it's been changed. I don't have access to the keep forum anymore). He has taken on a handful of the freed underport slaves as apprentices for the labor itself. I have been operating under the assumption that they are completely unskilled. Given that Vale is more Da Vinci and his beautiful blueprints and less Carpenter Jesus and his actual physical skill in the craft, they are having to learn as they go, with all the associated delays and accidents.
Docks: It was left to Kohlingen to supply funding, material and labor, so I guess this is more of a check to see if the NPC bureaucrats followed through and got the ball rolling.

The notion of a chaos mage designing and building a clockwork anything confuses but amuses me.

Can folks not involved please not clutter the thread? Thanks.
Temple: Alanna plans to consult Lady Angador Durothil, an architect, for the plans, and the Quagmire Tribe for the actual nuts and bolts of building underground.
The Docks, as per the agreement with Kohlingen, are having all of the skilled workers supplied and any consulting necessary. The deal is done, just waiting on Rigela for the start of construction.

Yup, afaik Rigs is overseeing the changes from a DM standpoint and msheeler is overseeing the changes from a Dev standpoint, so checks are in place.
I'll link this to Rigs attention just to make sure she's seen it.
