Where Uhm used to be, and water now filled, a strange sort of ger had been set up above the high tide line along the water. Without ceremony, an apostle of the New Moon seemed to have taken up a nomad's residence, although for how long and for what purpose was not apparent. Her presence was understated, easy to miss in everything except her passage - a rush of form racing by, the wind chasing moments after.

A green garbed figure is seen stopping by the ger, more than once. However it seems some of the time she may miss the ascetic, or at least not stop to be able to have a long conversation. Sometimes she simply lights a candle, jogs about the cavernous area as if exercising or stops to practice specific swordplay.

If anyone watched her, she seemed to ignore them unless approached.

Sometimes, there is a kettle set up in the rocky area behind the ger. The fire light glitters on the wet stone, nestled on all sides by earth drenched in rain and saline, mostly protected from the brunt of the elements, and awkward for larger beasts to get to. The contents waft a scent of food, and the presence of a pair of bowls - when there is only one occupant of the ger - suggests invitation.

Sometimes, the ascetic is present, though she only bears witness to the activities of the figure in green from an aloof perch, and remains uninvolved unless asked for.

Samantha sometimes ate from the inviting bowls, giving herself nutrition if it felt needed. Otherwise, she usually simply sat by the ger, either under the overhang or by the edge of the overhang nearest the tide pool. She never seemed to demand the ascetic's presence. It seemed lately that other adventurers had come to stop by the place, whether because of those already there or not remained unclear. Some may have seen a trio of women. Some, a strange figure of blue..

They all came and went seemingly without much fanfare, though occasionally the ley was invoked for quicker and safer passage, if the place were to be watched closely.

Today, the camp site was dismantled and packed for travel. A couple hours after the process had begun, the ger was no longer present, and the rain was inexorably washing away sign of its presence.

A small elven figure could be seen passing by the area quite frequently; some days she would simply walk by, others she would stop and take a swim in the waters in her panther-guise. She seemed to stop by more frequently now that the ger had disappeared, often lazing the cycle away by the sides of the water.

The ger's owner still often returned to the tide pool, though it was as she had usually done now - devoid of her dwelling, carrying nothing in her hands. Sitting amidst the union of rain, sea, and river, the ascetic sought not to disturb any of the others who came to the nature-reclaimed crater. She kept herself to her meditations and, perhaps in that way, her quiet worship in Istishia's shrine.

The ger's other frequent visitor seemed to return a few times, as well, though not nearly as much as the ascetic owner. She could be seen slipping a ring off and walking down into the tide pool, closing her eyes and seeming to try to hold her breath as she made her way across...

Sometimes she had company, but sometimes not.

The blonde still came through, sometimes. Mostly to practice in the water. She could be seen crossing through the Depression, doing exercises, holding her breath... She was rarely with company now, unless it was her teacher, but there may have been a vague otherworldly presence haunting her steps, garbed in robes...

The pale faced otters that roam the coast, are delivered several fish, by a human male. He sets three aside, and says to them whether they understand, or not: "From Heidi." The man leaves, leaving a trace few could track.

It seems several want to help feed the otters, and more fish are brought to them, this time by a pair of rangers often seen together, who the otters might recognize. The fresh fish are placed near their home, with the delicious scent of them, wafting towards twitching little otter noses, and the pair of rangers smile, as they watch the otters claim their easy prize. When an otter pops its head out, to inspect the fish, one of the rangers tells the otters that the fish are from Nova, then the rangers leave the otters to their meal.
