If you want epic weapon specialization asap, you need to level him from 20 on this way:

20 (F7): Con +1
21 (F8): EWF (), EWS ()
22 (D7):
23 (D8):
24 (D9): Str +1, EDR1
25 (D10):
26 (D11):
27 (D12): EDR2
28 (D13): Str +1
29 (D14): EDR 3
30 (D15): Armor Skin

I think he has enough damage though already, so in the original build I made getting damage reduction the priority.

You could swap a con point for an int point at character creation or something? for one more skillpoint/lvl

Con 21 is needed for Edr. Int 13 is needed for Weaponmaster. Lowering either stat is not an option for this build.
