[Disclaimer: I have noticed the recent threads and I am in no way looking for exact stats regarding the creatures]

Hello there!

With that said, I was wanting to know a couple more things about slaadi gameplay-wise.
Are they useful for hunting or should I just stick to Summon Creature? I am trying to optimize my adventure experience without having to rest every two battles. I know the game is not totally tailored to be solo'd, but there are some times I just can't find anyone to hunt with.

From my experience the Slaadi are as disappointing as the Mummy Dust Elemental..

I'd stick with the Summon Creature ones, mainly the elemental summons.

The green slaad packs a decent punch and awkwardly shoots a couple of fireballs, but when you get the higher level summons, what Mikaz said.

I can only speak to the Planar Ally/Planar Binding summons. It's definitely the best of the level 6 summons without a doubt. Better AC, better AB, even has a few offensive spells.
The only problem I've found with Planar Binding summons is that it can't be buffed with Flame Weapon like other summons. Dunno if this is intentional or a bug.

Fairly sure it's a bug with a fix long overdue. The creature weapon should allow weapon buffs for the attack available for the buffing. It's suboptimal compared to the holdable weapons of the other summons, but the slaad ought to be burly enough with a bugfix.
