This should give you a very decent if not damned high dc on your breath weapon. I am thinking it also reduces the cool down of dragon breath to 180 seconds instead of 300. this build should be a decent all around one especially for mixing things with RDD.

I would personally go with the lowest DEX possible since you won't really have much AC, and just go with CON bonuses on items and Damage Reduction instead of Armor Class. Elemental Shield Potions and Stoneskin with Improved Inviz would be your best defense. Regeneration would help out a lot too.

you know i've been look at this layout. I think why go for 26 strength why not 24 and 24 better dc on breath. Would that 2 constitution be sginificant at all or better off with the 2 extra strength?
