You may want to consider that 1 ranger means 1CL, for most potion buffs etc. You will be stripped of every item buff by any dispel.

If you ever have rogue as a level in pre-epic, always take it at level one. Gives almost a full skill's worth of extra skill points. If it were me, I would move four of those rogue levels into pre-epic. It loses you one BAB, however you gain epic weapon specialization. You will have two more epic feats since two of the pre-epic ones move to epic. (Toughness and dodge are the two I would recommend dropping)

That's what I see that sticks out at the moment, though that class combination doesnt exactly scream "ninja" to me.

Unless they have 9 or less wisdom!

Also yeah, what Solvaras said

Okay, I edited to show the changes made. I still need two pre-epic feats. I can't take Strong Soul at first level because now it's a rogue level. I'm not dropping any of the feats listed on the build as it is now. I may have to go with Expertise/Improved Expertise. Any thoughts?

You need Defensive Roll to get Epic Dodge.

Iron Will, Great Fortitude and Toughness are not on the Fighter Bonus Feat List. You'll need to move them to General Feat Slots, like 12th and 18th levels. You also have Knockdown and Dodge on General Feats so you could swap those around to Fighter Bonus Feats since they are on the list and free up general feat slots for the Saves Feats and Toughness. Some mix of that will work.

With a DEX base and Epic Dodge I don't see the need for Expertise. You might be better off with both Disarm feats.

Do the feats look right now?

You still need to swap Great Fortitude for Improved Disarm. Great Fortitude needs to be taken as a General Feat so you can take that at 15 then snag Improved Disarm at 20 as a Fighter Bonus Feat.

Also, you have Epic Weapon Focus listed twice. Are you taking Discipline, it's not on your skill list?

Changes made. Thanks for catching that.

Will I really need discipline if the character can't be hit very easily? I mean, I will put remaining points into something, so uhhh......yeah probably. The skills I listed are must-haves, the remaining points if any will probably be saved up until close to the end to be dumped into something I feel the character needs- discipline may be one skill I will want lots of points in, or no points in. I don't know what the actual attributes of the character will be beyond minimum WIS and CHA, maxed DEX, and at least 14 INT, so I just wrote out the skills I really want for this guy.

Is there any reason why you think I shouldn't take Epic Fortitude at L30? I may have missed something essential, but I can't think of anything better.

btw: I immediately get error messages or crashes from the nwn wiki, so I avoid it, so yeah- thanks for the help.
