So this will be my take on a tunnel fighter/ underground dwarf hold defender.

Level spread 23/5/2 Ranger/KC/Rogue

STR focused build
Str 16 (all lvlups +1 G-str) ending on 24
Dex 8
Con 16
Wis 14
Int 14
Cha 8

Feats:
Exotic weapon, Toughness, SF Disc, WF, imp crit, KD, IKD (or blind fight and extended spell instead of KD?)

Epic Feats:
Armour skin, Ewf, BoE, Blind fight, G-str.

Skills:
Disc
Taunt
(KC pre-req)
Tumble
UMD

If I don't miscalculated this should add up.

Any thoughts or modifications are welcome

Looks alright at first glance, that being said:
- Personally I'd go for 24 ranger and 1 rogue level less. The value of evasion on this build is somewhat limited given that the reflex save of this build is going to be rather low, compared to dispel immunity, a spell duration increase and an AC increase for the animal companion
- I'd replace IKD with Blindfight. Extend Spell could be taken I suppose but all the important ranger buffs last turns/level anyway.
- If you take Blindfight pre-epic, you could take epic prowess instead.

Dropping evasion for dispel immunity do sound like a good trade of and also dropping IKD for Blind fight.

You might want to consider increasing your CHA, otherwise you're going to need to rely on making sure you have +12 CHA to obtain a CHA modifier of 5 if you plan on making the post of the bonus you get from CHA with your 5 levels of KC.

I was actually considering Ranger/DwD/Rogue at first but I thought that would be to much abilities to invest in. So I went for KC instead as that also fits the concept I have in mind. What I could do is lower Con and put a few more points in cha. But is it worth it? If I go for 10 con I could get 12 cha but a lot less hp. Is it worth it?

That's a question of if whether the KC auras are worth the tradeoff in HP. Even just the first aura lowers physical damage against you from 10-15%. This means that your HP are more durable. I'd think it's worth it.

Well, expect that gearing +12 in one ability is not that difficult. So, on 10 Con, you have a mox mod of 22. And you gear 2 less cha. If you go 10 cha and 12 con, you max modified con is 24. It's 30 hp for easier and better gearing. In theory, I'd go for more con, and possibly even 8 cha. In practise, I don't know how to gear, so I can't 100% say something correct.
