D'aaawwwwww thats cute!

Server's still down.
After head banging the wall for the past so many hours, I have a blood shot eye, quite positively broke my skull. Also, I made need a cleric, Is couldn't follow Mystery Clocks instructions, and cut my ear off with a pizza slicer.

The reason for this crash is clearly the work of heretics.

Is there a way to contact Disco that isn't through computers?

My highly trained team of messenger monkeys are on break, so not really.

Jokes aside, what mentioned before actually makes sense. Should be possible for the devs to phone the admins if all it takes is restarting a computer.

BUT since Amia is a pretty well organized server, and this is common practice everywhere, the problem must be something else! Something burned, something was deleted, the host exploded in a glorious ball of fire or there's some mysterious error they're working on.

These predictions were offered by Elisa "permanent brain damage" 'o Clock.

It's not that easy to reach the server.

If memory serves from last calamity Disco said he doesnt have physical access to the server either as its rented somewhere and he has to spend a considerable time (several hours) to get to the company site that hosts the server.
He ofcourse does have remote access but I am guessing he (or Terra or Sune whom I am guessing have access as well) tried that already by now.

Also, Disco isnt a computer. He is a clog wearing rooster who doesnt smoke pot despite being Dutch.

It is good timing though. Since it went down I've actually gotten Christmas preparations done. On time too. It is a weird feeling not having to rush and do everything the day before. Especially since I have to work this Christmas.

I was in contact with disco an hour ago and he said he should be able to work on this in a few hours.

Hackums is correct, the server is quite some distance away from where disco lives, so hardware problems do taken some time. However, this is a software issue and should be able to be fixed remotely. Please remember that your DM and Dev team are people too and that this is also a holiday season for most, so time is limited for many of us.

Be patien, Amia will return, iit's not out for the count.

Don't discount our current frustrations for long term events. We wish to loose ourselves, especially during this holiday period, including people like myself on a Friday/Saturday night/morning after a most evil days work.

Crashing every 20 minutes.

I do LPs too!

The server seems remarkably crashy today.

Yeah, that's weird. Log all the way out and retype your login when you re-open NWN. Last time this happened, they had mis-spelled their login. xD

no no, my toons are there also.

Log in with one, does it automatically boot you? (Thus having a different CDKey from the characters)

I didn't want to login without some green light, I remember way back in the day if this happened and got logged in on it was a mess, I'm sure it's a bit different now days.

Seems to be OK, we'll see.
