I remember seeing some time ago that there was a fix for those annoying white squares that appear behind, or even replace some of the quickbar icons but I can't seem to find it now.

Is it still available, could someone point me in the right direction, please?

All you have to do is restart NwN. The issue occurs when you crash, or the server does. It's a image glitch.

Oh no, I think this particular thing was a problem related to the Haks when it originally cropped up, if I recall. Every time I start the game up and log in to Amia the white squares are present in the quick slots, at least.

I remember someone having put up a link for a file that fixed the quick slot icons for the affected items, but this was maybe a year ago now, potentially longer than that.

Oh! That, to me, sounds like a Override issue. I'd suggest replacing your current Override.hak with a new one.

Hasn't resolved it, unfortunately.
