Has anyone else encountered an issue where some robes and armors remain stiff and unmoving when the character wearing them moves? you can see their hands and feet moving, but the rest of the armor doesn't animate, instead showing like it does when you're editing armor appearance. I only see this happen on other players, not my own characters.

This is resolved (at least it was for me) by getting ACP. You're seeing other folks with ACP animations enabled without you having it installed.

Yeah, it's an ACP thing.

I have ACP, and I see it all the time. Some characters appear to be just sliding across the ground when walking, and on some the armor remains 'standing' when the character sits. There's also the offset head thing too *cough*Elwyn*cough* on some of the newer armors.

There might have been some update you missed, Crow. I'm pretty sure I have it too, but none of files I copied over to reinstall it came up as duplicates, which would tend to point to changes.

Where do I put the ACP folder wise?

I think we need the 'official' ACP link updated. There are a couple floating around, and the official one (linked in optional downloads) doesn't work with the newest robes. People all using different versions is going to lead to no end of confusion, at the least.

The official link: http://www.amiaworld.net/files/acp_17_10_2010.7z

ACP link Eurgiga posted with their robe pack: http://www.mediafire.com/?g1jp3s33thq3h2y
(10/16/2010, 2.97 mb)

ACP link Selvec did that seemed to have gotten overlooked: http://www.mediafire.com/?66bwv1u3vj4z9b4
(10/18/2011, 8.62 mb)

That last one is the one I think I use, and everything works. I'm not sure where the one Eurgiga posted came from, but I'm sure they tested it to work. I think maybe it's just the fix for the officially posted ACP.

Yeah, the last one is larger by about 1/3 compared to the official link. It needs an update.
