Hello, I've had my HD stolen and with it all my login information for my old characters and for this forum. But I still have the cd-keys. How can I retrieve my character? (just the latest I've made). His name is 'Ibbo', and I think I used the login 'Irminsul' or some derivation hereof (sorry have used so many different over the years for different characters). Thank you for your time, please tell me if you need any more information. PS. Any chance I could retrieve my old forum account also? The original one was 'Gulddrengen' and I'm pretty sure it's more than 10 years old, the most recent one (because I had forgotten the pw for 'Gulddrengen') was probably 'Irminsul' or some derivation. They were registered on long gone e-mail accounts. |

I have moved this to the Tech Support forum for better help. Retrieving your character is as easy as reinstalling NWN sing those same CDkeys, and then going back in game using the correct account name. If your account name and CDkeys match up, you'll be able to log right back in and access your old characters. Ibbo appears to be located on the account Irmunsul. Use that login with your CDkeys, and you'll be able to go right back into game and access him. |

Regarding your forum account, I can return them to you, yes. Do you have a particular prefernece to which one? Or both? |

I know I have made more than one Irminsul account with a character named Ibbo, varied by underslashes and such, any chance I could trouble you to see on what account is the character with the highest level? Concerning the forum account, I would be happy to have the Gulddrengen account. Thank you for your time. |

The one on Irmunsul is level 25. I'd guess that one? It seems the highest. |

That's the one. Thank you. Though, when I log in to the server it throws me out almost instantly, telling me I'm 'booted' - what does this mean? |

You need to make a new character on the account and ask a DM to verify you, as you have new CD keys or something, most likely! |
