Bartering problem

When I tried to Barter with someone I could not accept the trade. The gauntlet curser clicked the first two boxes then when I move down to accept box my curser turns into a white arrow and won't click. Any idea what may be wrong?

Probably need to see a screenshot to get an idea of what exactly you're describing here.

I was able to fix this by changing resolution in video options.
