When I ran through the Fire Giants just now, each trap I ran over was disarmed. My character neither has disarm trap, nor used any ability to do so. Instead of the trap triggering and damaging, I got a successful disarm. On all of them in the spires.

What was his status at the time of running over the traps? Always buffed? Always in Tensers? Were you ever in slaad form (haha)? Just double-checking the specifics!

At the time, fully buffed! But not in Tensers nor shape-changed!

Weird. Might have been a weird temporary bug, since I have no idea how that could happen otherwise. Let us know if it happens again after reset.

Doing it, again. Same circumstances as before. Bully buffed. No Tenser's. No Shapechange.

Ran Fire Giants a few times the past few days. Most of the time the traps triggered. On one run yesterday or the day before none of them triggered. Earlier today they were working normally again. Fully buffed Cleric. Spawns all normal both outside and inside.

Have those characters been involved in an event and a DM had a creature / NPC of a specific faction get attacked or something? Or maybe their faction type changed?

Alternatively, is there a player on the server who actually went and flagged / disarmed / re-applied the traps?

Could of just been a script failure. Unfortunately that happens almost at random sometimes and stays down till reset.

Been running fire Giants a few times now since this post was made, druid fully buffed and shape changed, sometimes Air Elemental, sometimes Wolf or Panther, mostly Dragon.

Traps Always triggered as normal.

Perhaps. But I've had it happen to Marcus again a few days later, across multiple resets.

Another reset, and it happened again. No changes. No Tensers active at the time of any trap disarms. No Shapechange spells. Fully buffed. I've had it happen four times, consecutively, across three resets. So. Whatever it is, seems fairly persistent.

It might be something consistent with your character, then, if no one else is experiencing this.

I ran through fully buffed today and managed to trigger every trap normally on the way down on an epic level sorcerer.

Yep. Thinking this is the case, then. Marcus is simply the best rogue of all time. :twisted:
