If you wish to become an official member of the Waven and Serpent Adventuring Guild, please fill out this application and return it either to one of the guild leaders in person, or leave it at the bar of the Rusty Tap Hoe. All questions must be answered truthfully, false answers will result in expelling from the Guild. Approved official memebers of the Guild recieve a guild-badge and might be contacted by the guild leaders, if a job offer comes in that fits their skillset. Also list areas and/or cities in which you cannot operate, for either racial, personal or other reasons. The reasons can, but do not need to be, given.
