Alright, first I'm not aware this has been posted yet.
But in regards to the Dragon Shape adjustments allowing for more Skins by Jacob that was recently added. A few issues:
1. Every Reset you can get an additional Shape. Meaning after like 10 resets you can have every Chromatic, Metallic and Planer Shape. (Not sure if thats the design).
2. I took Dragon Shape (Gold) from Jacob and it works fine. However, I came back the next reset to see if I could change it out or w/e and I took Shadow Dragon shape and it doesn't work at all.

Okay, did a bit of testing with Elyon.
- Overall: All Shapes have 62 AB, 65 AC, plus their respective Immunities(?), Epic Weapon Focus: Unarmed, And a Custom Breath.
- Gold = Weaken Breath (Dex vs. Str?)
- Black = Acid Breath.
- White = Cold Breath.
- Shadow = Doesn't work (Shape Entirely)
- Silver = Paralysis
- Copper = Slow
- Brass = Sleep
- Bronze = Fear.
I'm in no way trying to ruin the hard work, I LOVE the idea and want it to work. But right now the new shapes are not only significantly stronger in every way than the other shapes, but unless it is a issue, you can get all of these shapes plus your 3 from NWN each reset. (1 shape per reset, 9 resets and you get them all).
This was all actually caught before release and appears tge fix never got through.

It should have gone through not long after my post yesterday!
Also to clarify on another point I forgot to yesterday, the aim is to allow people to learn all the shapes, as it opens up some versatility regarding the feat as there's been a few complaints regarding it. As soon as my Bard songs get balance approved and ready to be made public, I'll quickly revisit Dragonshape and see if we think it's balance-ready of making them use their juvenile models as well.
And to also clarify, the stats of all these additional forms are the same as their original 3, so you shouldn't be hitting higher than their base stats (which from what you've explained, you've just managed to cap what you usually would in the normal forms). Their elemental immunities are obviously different though.

Thanks to Libris confirming in-game, found out why the new shapes were gaining higher stats, they were calling upon a different id when merging equipment, for some reason. This will be fixed in AmiaA_5.18j.
