Worth it?
How does crafting wands work in Amia? Is it as per normal.. buy a bone wand..cast spell X.. and it becomes Fantastic Wand of X? Only, I guess in Amia you can recharge the wands with mythal.. or so I am gathering.
Are the costs of creating wands the same as in normal NWN? ...To experiement with it I fired up a testing module and at level 7, I paid 6750GP and 260XP to make a Wand of Magic Missles with 19 charges.
Do these sound about right for Amia? Or do they have a custom scale.

You don't lose any xp, and the gold cost is slightly reduced from default. The gold cost is different from spell to spell.
You can't buy bonewands, there is a chance to get them as loot though. You also can't recharge wands, I guess you are confusing this with Portal Wands.
Also, a wand will always have a set caster level of the spell, you can open up the toolset and see the spellcasting properties to see what level which spell gets. As an example, a wand of haste will always be caster level 10, no matter what level you craft it at.
Your level determines how many charges a wand will have, 1d20+caster level, max of 50.
