Right, so, I think I am going to attempt to revive this topic, as I really liked it's original concept. I felt like it died off because people stopped giving thoughtful responses, but instead posted simple one liners. Therefore I am going to try to revive it, true to it's original purpose, and I will start of with Roach. My opinion may be biased at the moment, but I feel like I can still give some insight into her flaws.
I think her biggest flaw is how she is set in her ways. Roach has her opinions, and her views on the world, and she is set on them. As a leader she expects others to see things the ways she does, without being respectful of other people's views or opinions. It can be very damning for those that try to follow her because of this polarizing nature, as they either agree or do not.

I think Lyelanna's biggest flaw is a bullheaded misunderstanding of others, and a stubborn distrust of ....literally everything. Which makes her difficult (and fun) to interact with in most social situations.
To put it in one-liner land: Birch got low CHA.
Anyways have fun with Juna, let me know if y'all are picking up on her shit too If not I'm doing many things wrong.

Falls apart. EDIT: Is tied to Tarkuul, smells weird probably. I don't know more...cannot put more into it! TARKUUL! Its a flaw enought!

Honestly, where do you start? He's old, grumpy, moody, insults easily, stubborn, pig headed and prone to random acts of violence when he feels wronged... and those are his good points! Perhaps his flaw is that Budly should have been a dwarf though perhaps he's already been one in a previous life!!

Hmm, I think Shana's flaws is that she tends to over think things, dwelling on situations or things from the past that she can't help, but end up influencing her actions, not letting herself relax more and accept that things happen, and that we have to move on from the past to continue living, and that she worries too much.
Elrith has a wolf fetish instead of cats. This results in drooling too much and peeing against too many trees. She makes an excellent inventory elf though and has come a long way.
Dirty powerbuilder (jk! ) with his own castle and beats people up with punches, when the fall comes (if it comes) it be hard to take. Poor Count! Also really tanned for Frozenfar, I bet he got issues with not getting enough sunlight!

Budly (from my limited interaction) often seems prone to jump straight to hostility with anything he doesnt understand or like and puts mules to shame with his stubbornness!

Kaci always calls people two leggers, even if two of her three forms walk on two legs. She refuses to ackknowledge this though. She also has an unreasonable hartred for wolves, where big cats usually do not care for wolves at all. Since she also calls them dogs, it stands to reason she secretly is a spotted housecat and not a leopard. Also explains the size.
Smokes too much and lives in an ivory tower. Does a lot of hunting and tries to not kill people for some reason. Other characters..... very red kobold that had... issues, you might say. Also, a necromancer that likes to pretend he's not.

On his necromancer he gave this hill to Budly. Not sure if a con artist or not. But thats a flaw, giving Budly responsibility.

I think Roach might still be getting used to leadership, in that a lot still seems to rely on Gerald. I think we will see her grow into a leader quite well though.

Osiris is a creepy power hungry hybrid of ambition and fanaticism with a short fuse for violence. Some day, it will bite him in the ass and he won't even know it.

Believed he could take on the world, or at least a hin, at low level. Bit confusing since it was said both IC and OOC, but, was clarified later to simply be the arrogance of a red.
Told Budly to shut up when he said Roach needs Eilistraee in her life to leed her away from astray!

Budly is an enigma of a strange concoction of over-zealous Eilistraee Drow mixed with a stalwart Hin. Overall his beliefs combined with his companionship with his kin lead to heated debates especially with ideology and justice. Of course, as with most flaws with character, this forms a vital part of his overall character.

Rico can be stoic and forms a shell around him, hiding his emotions at times. He tends to treat things in a cool fashion, which can be a flaw where he is too care-free with his daughters at times. Rico is very willing to put his own health in danger when he dives into the more advanced shadow dancing stuff, too selflessly if it's out of protecting his home and family though sometimes it can be for the sake of advancing in his abilities. Therefore making everyone around him worry.

Rosary can be a very fun, center of attention at a party type of women. She enjoys gold, fabulous cakes and pink! But if you step on her home, her husband or friend then you'll have to feel her wraith. And trust me you don't want that.

Laura is waay too obsessed with magic, divine or arcane. Beyond that she's hard to approach, and seems content with appearing dark and gloomy. This contrasts weirdly with her dry and edgy humour, to the point where it ruins the effect of her otherwise foreboding presence.

Not sure where we have the top shot Druidess, hard to negotiate with if not impossible if it goes against her view points of the world and life. Won't let Budly build on the Ruin Hill (consider that is a clever idea)

Budly is very quick to judge things in broad, shallow strokes, which makes him seem to have a very simplistic world view. And he's adopted a potato. INSANITY!~

Budly's biggest flaw so far has been his inability to see nuance. For Budly everything so far has been very black or white, and he does what he can to fight any evil, even though his will is often larger than his capabilites. Sometimes he is so quick to judge evil that he has risked doing more evil to his victims, than they themselves have done.
That said, I've seen him try to change his ways, so he'll hopefully drop sone of his old ones. One of the neser possible flaks I've seen in him, is he has interpreted Eilistraee's words to suit him, maybe some clerical advice wouldn't hurt?

I got ninja'd!
That said, I'll give Juna a try!
Juna's most obvious flaw is her lack of morals. That said, she seems to care for her friends.
Another flaw is her percieved lack of goals. That's not to say she doesn't have some goals, or ambition, but sometimes it feels like Juna prefers to help others. Juna has her dark past, and in a sense I'd say she struggles to find meaning in it, instead she seeks for a meaning in the world and people around her.
