Precising that I simply need an official answer on this from the DM staff, and not to start a discussion based on opinions, I wish to ask if a familiar would be able to get inside cities where its summoner is banned without dm oversight (provided he can get past the gates of his own).

Specifically, I'm wondering if Siferet's talking, dire rat could enter places such as Kohlingen or Winya either while accompanied by someone who can access the city or of his own.
