What it is: It's a level-up module containing Amia's HAK files. It includes the class/prereq changes, however certain custom feats may not work as intended (but this is mainly for build schemes). It offers some solutions around subraces and certain Clerical feats depending on Domain as well.

Also, it explains how to add VFX to NPCs, allowing you to play with VFX effects which is good for certain requests.

Following the instructions on the VFX PLC, it will ask you to input a number which will you find from:

http://www.nwnlexicon.com/index.php?title=Vfx_dur

or

http://www.nwnlexicon.com/index.php?title=Vfx_eyes for eye VFX.

Find the VFX you want and notice there's a number called "value", simply input that in to the command and select the target and boom! VFX added!

I may add more features at later dates.

And I was about to ask if anyone had the build module I made years ago, which is located on a computer that doesn't even turn on anymore. Had an NPC with an endgame shop, and a few endgame-strength monsters in it. Nothing as clever as the Amia HAK, mind.

Glad you guys like it.

If there's anything you'd like to see out of the module do say so, anything that doesn't involve Amia's custom scripts, mind.

Someone going to the abyss or other endgame shops and adding the merchants and the gear into this would be ideal. I'm not saying I'm building around gear, but knowing what is easy/what is hard to get can influence the choice between weapon focus rapier or scimitar for example.

Catch me on a good day and I'll implement some endgame things to the module.

It's a shame summons and shifter forms don't work, it has the same problems as my other build module ;_;

Sadly I can't do it to the letter due to the modifications done in-module on Amia. This is as good as it gets without the source code.

I think I've got that on my mum's computer, still. I'll have a look and send it to you, if it's there.

This is what I use, with Amia's haks loaded on it:

http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=mo ... il&id=4215

Quote:
Using PGC3, you can:

Add, change, or remove any valid property for any item using the In-Game Item Properties Editor (IGIPE) by hohos.

Set a PC to any level up to 40. Gold is automatically set for the level you chose per DMG guidelines.

Rebuild levels.

Adjust alignment, subrace, and deity.

Purchase equipment from a wide selection of items, including standard NWN items and many unique creations. (The CEP2 version also includes a separate CEP merchant.)

Load or remove DMFI PC items.

Remove Cursed (undroppable), Plot, or Stolen flags from items.

Customize your PC’s appearance.

Test your PC's mettle in Arena and Playground areas.

Use the persistent Storage Chest to save and/or transfer items between PCs.

New for v4.4: Portraits! Hair/skin/tattoo colors! Tridents! Purple Dragon Knights!

After adding the haks and tlk to the module, you can just export your character from Amia or use new ones and mess around with anything conceivable. User friendly due to all the NPCs who do things for you.

This is not working for me. When it downloads it will only open in Winamp which is retarded as it helps me in no way. What is the Hak order? I'll just make one myself. Trying to look at the VFX on a creature for a requested spell. Thanks!

MOD

Nevermind.. think I found it. Will return if it does not work. Thanks!

I want to have a test module, and found this thread. But I don't know what to do with the file I downloaded. It's a .mod file, my Mac has no idea how to open it.
I'm using Crossover to run the Windows version of NWN.

Any ideas?

Hey!

You just need to drop it into the 'modules' folder in NWN.

I use Parallels to run a Windows Virtual Machine on my Mac and play NWN, so my set up is a bit different, but I'm sure you have a modules folder somewhere in your computer. Have you tried right clicking on the Neverwinter Nights installation and clicking 'show package contents' or whatever it says?

EDIT: After you find that folder and drop the file in, just run NWN like normal. When you get to the main start screen, you need to click on New Game and then load the module. From there you'll just need to pick or create a character and you're good to go.

There should be a module folder inside your neverwinter nights core folder you drop it into. I don't own or use macs so I cannot help you beyond that sadly.
