Ah, okay. Unless it's a portrait you intend to choose on character creation, you have to request a portrait change in leto in order to see it.

New packs are up- be sure to specify exactly how your portrait's filename appears (sans size letters h/l/m/s/t) if you make a portrait change request, because the new filename rule came into effect in the middle of organizing this pack. Also lemme know if anything is broken or missing!
