Hi there!

Apologies if this is listed somewhere else..but I cannot seem to figure out how to change the epic spell mummy dust summon without dm help? I know it can only be changed once, but I have never changed it.

Maybe that's exactly as normal to need help, or I have missed something somewhere.

Any help figuring this out would be much appreciated.

Many Thanks,
V

Not sure if that applies to that epic spell or not, but you can change summon types using one of the options of the rest menu.

you set it once with the epic summon scroll that shows in your inventory when you take the feat.

Then you can toggle between the different EMD's via the rest menu.

Don't panic if the option is not there, then it is likely because you have the EMD currently summoned. For some reason the rest menu only shows the change EMD Summon option when the EMD is not summoned. Or at elast that is what happened to me a few times.

Many thanks for your replies!

But on the topic...

I cannot seem to find this epic summon scroll anywhere? I don't have any creature summoned...

edit: there also is nothing in the rest menu?

Do I have to be on server A maybe?

should be in your inventory.

Might be it was removed when we made the mummy dust switchable though, not sure.

Just check if you have the option to change your EMD in the rest menu? If so then that should be all you need anyways.

Thanks for the really fast replies!

Went over it with another player who has it. They have it in their rest menu. I do not for some odd reason.

Whatever caused the issue remains a mystery. <.< Alas, re-taking the feat fixed the issue.

That said seemsmy info was outdated. The summon scroll doesn't exist anymore since the changes to the EMD that made it changable!

When I tested it last, you had to summon the undead abomination once, unsummon it, and then rest. Then you could see the option in the menu.

For future reference!

Thanks Jes!

But note in this case that did not work...I tried that sort of thing with all sorts of the summons.

Only a de-level and then re-level fixed the problem.
