Apologies if this the wrong place to post, but it didn't feel like a bug issue (ok, it kinda is, but completely a pun, too).

I accepted the spider problem quest for Southport West Guard Enirck. After running back and forth a few times to speak with him, I have opted to destroy the eggs, but the eggs do not spawn in the spider nest.

Am I missing something? Am I not hitting a trigger point?

That quest is a bit unclear yeah, but it working as intended, as far as I can tell!

Have you fought a sword spider? If so, it dropped one of its legs (directly in your inventory). You have to use that while standing in the final room.
