*A small notice is posted for all who enter Tarkuul, in a script of an unknown hand*

The Living City of Tarkuul hereby proclaims the annual celebration of All Hallows Eve to be in six days. As such, the Living City has commanded a festival be organized for all those whom would partake, especially the Living City's own citizens.

Festivities will include games, a contest of Necromantic skill, and a story told by the Living City.

//OOC Info:
-Normal restrictions of alignments in the city will not apply.
-Festivities will begin at 7:00 PM EST (12:00 AM GMT)
-If you have a question or you would like to perhaps help out in one way or another, please feel free to send me a PM so I can coordinate.

Kyran was pacing about in Tarkuul, when he spots the note.
As he reads it, a smile forms on his face.
"Excellent, perhaps I can find that council then.
And, this, will be fun.."

Just an update. Since reset is in a few minutes, I am going to delay the start an hour, so we have a full four hours of fun without a reset interruption.

So, 7:00 PM EST.
