"Excellent... they're set to go. Send them on their way. The shield will last until they surface once more, that's all..."

The Gargoyles were sent on their way, underneath the water. They walked along the floor. It took several days and nights, but on that night they had made it. The first one reached from the water, draining the weight onto the cobblestone. It took flight and hit its mark on the first ship; snatching the ship's captain and pulled him deep down into the water. His agony masked by the depth, undetected. Then more surfaced, prepared their trap and dove back under the water, setting up a charge of explosives underneath the dock. The same was done to another ship along the harbor. Under the cover of night and fog, they went un-noticed by the guards.

The first explosion ripped through the ship and split it in two, creating attention quite easily. It was perfect; the guards and adventurers came running onto the dock to try to save the sinking ship, only to be caught in the massive explosion that was set. They were tossed back onto the ground, burnt and most dead. The dock ripped apart from the ground, shooting off quickly and sinking.

Then the second explosion, tearing the second unfortunate ship into ribbons. Then they ran again to the dock, only difference was the first one on the dock was a blue-haired woman in golden platemail, causing the second explosion... this explosive, though, was poorly crafted, simply causing a few boards to kick up in her face as well as a few burns. The dock remained in tact, save for the fires of oil ontop of it. They were quickly taken care of though, the blue-haired sea-woman pouring salt over them, quickly dousing the flames.

The ones who had set these charges surfaced from the water and attacked those unfortunate to be around. They needed to buy time for their brothers... the battle was long and did not suite the adventurers' favor. Most were defeated, but turned thanks to two who managed to defeat the remaining. They raised a cherry-smelling woman, who proceeded to raise everyone else.

Not long after this, though, they surfaced. They had no time to wait; they ran directly for the walls, causing a large hole in the side of the jail, spraying the flaming oils all around the area. The same was done on the backside; not effective, though. The structure held. The same is true for the east side.

A drow woman cast a control weather spell to make it rain, which simply helped to spread the wild, and intense flames. However, thanks to the quick thinking of a halfling as well as the rest of the adventurers, the flames were put out.

That was the last explosive attack, the cobblestone near these areas turned into ash and spread into the wind.
