There was a re-balance a while back where buff spells were given to druids (cat's grace, endurance, fox's cunning, etc), and that was a good thing. But it leaves me wondering why clerics didn't also get cat's grace. They already get the other buff spells, cat's grace is the only one missing from their list. Druids are clerics of nature gods. If they get cat's grace, why don't all other clerics?
There are a few Cleric domains that have Cats Grace.
That's the only issue I personally see. It kinda would make those domains pretty useless. Granted, in comparison to some others they likely are in either case. Still! It mainly would mean whose need to be taken out or altered, else it makes no sense to give something any cleric gets already to begin with.
Yeah it's not really an issue one way or another. I think they were not given it because they are typically wearing plate armor and so they need gear/potion/outside help to buff their AC more. It balances that way, I think.

Outside of gear (which I doubt any cleric adds +dex to), it's more of a balance to make them eat a spell slot for the spell rather than a potion.
