In the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting on Kossuth's alignment it says:
Neutral (You can use either Neutral or Lawful Neutral when picking Kossuth as a patron)
Apparently the very hierarchical nature of church of Kossuth makes that it draws many lawful followers.
