It lootbins (and in game) exists many worthless or "outstanding" items. Worthless item is any item which worth only to be thrown away for GPs to anyone. "Outstanding" is some item, which GPs worth lower then it should be (and because of that may be used by underleveled PCs).
An example of worthless item: desert elf leather armor (leather +3 5/- Fire).
An example of outstanding item: mortal strike long sword (l-sword +3 1d6 Sonic LLore(11) 1/day) -- normally, such items available to 15+ lvl PC, but this is usable by 12th.

So, I propose to remove such items from lootbins for consistency and decluttering from otherwise worthless junk. May be instead of such things use more custom (generated on-fly) items?
