Is it possible to add widgets for a player to voluntarily accept some form of debuff?

Specifically -- slow, ability damage, level damage, blindness/deafness, bleeding, and daze; to reflect prolonged consequences of actions that occur IG. RPing these out is nice, but it'd be cool to add an extra immersive layer.

There's a DM widget called Ball of Pain we use for this, but I don't see this being given out to players, seeing as how the whole purpose of it is that it can target and debuff anyone; including other PCs and NPCs.

So it would need to be made so that you could only target yourself. Aside from all that, there's the Hurt Yourself option in your rest menu but that only deals HP damage.

I know debuffs on items have been a thing in the past, to represent whatever. Meaning if you can debuff yourself by X con or saves or whatever on an item, it's feasable. AFAIK no widget was ever made to provide debuffs to PCs, however there have been a few DC requests in the past that did this.

Maybe instead of a widget we could add debuffs into resting menu. We already have sef-harm in there.
