Of late, several paintings would be set up around the city in various locations. Each of them would be tended to and occasionally covered in protective sheets or removed, always replaced after a short time though. If any of the attentive eyes around the city were asked who had put them up, they would likely inform the person that it was done by one of the cities lintharen. (A description of Phrae Ta'far in her purple cloth attire given)

A painting titled 'Welcome home' would be placed up by the Magthere, likely recognisable to some. A female drow shown, within the Magthere itself in the middle of being tortured it would seem. If asked to explain, Phrae would grin and tell the questioner that the female within was some fool who had thought to flee away and this was the fate that would befall any who thought to attempt such.

The other painting that sees a large amount of time would be one called 'The Linthar', a scene of revelry depicted within. Yath to one side enjoying various entertainment, male drow battling another in various spars or in some cases to the death and some simply enjoying the drink and atmosphere for what it was. In the middle, what is obviously a linthar strumming away on a lute. Cowl pulled over their face to shadow it and leave only an amused smirk upon it.

New paintings would see themselves put up, near the arena this time.


The first, would show an event likely still vivid in the memory of many drow - having occurred very recently!
Tied to a post, in the open entrance of Edonil, would be tied some 'dirty surfacer' garbed in the armour of the Eternal Order. The man himself, none other than the 'High Inquisitor' himself. A spider drawn around the eye patch he wears, almost as if to mock him perhaps, or to simply emblazon him with some symbol of Lolth's glory.

Around this man, would be several drow. Most unrecognisable with their back turns to the viewer, each garbed in various forms of attire - Some armour and swords, other the robes of the magi. One, clearly a priestess from the snake headed whip held at her side that bares its fangs for the world to see.
The one drow likely recognisable would be Aly'isgar - Stood right by the tied up man with a bright grin on her face, dagger in hand as she goes about the task of


The second, would show a later scene, almost as if capturing a moment in some play. It would show events down in the arena, placed almost as if in the exact place the view the painting itself is seen from. Down below are several Banites and Knights of the Eternal Order, all stripped and devoid of worldly possessions (Save one female clad Banite) All would look rather battle worn, with one from each of the 'sides' stuck in the middle of the place with raised fists. It might, to the casual eye, seem as if they were boxing one another!

All around would be drow from the city, cheering on the spectacular with great vigour. A few of them, keeping a watchful eye on their prisoners with hands on the hilt of a blade. Ready to put down any rebellion with quick, harsh, action.
