Over the past few days a male tiefling in dark glossy armor, with four horns protruding from his head and cloven feet can be seen studying in the lower half of the library. Often accompanied by two Hellhounds, always well behaved they simply lay at the feet of their master.

If any would approach they might notice he spends most of his time staring in contemplation at what looks like a notebook with strange doodles, those more knowledgeable in such would notice it’s written in Infernal.

He would move about the library collecting any books on the Hells or Devils and bringing them back to the table for closer study while periodically looking back at his notebook. After a few hours he would return every book to its proper destination then leave with his two hounds.

A male drow slightly taller than average and very muscular wearing the insignia of Edonil's Ul'saurk would stop and question the tiefling about his presence there after speaking to the librarian. Asking who he is? And who invited him into city? He would also demand that the Hell hounds be dismissed.

Upon her perch on the Sorcere balcony Aly’isgar watched as activity picked up in the Sorcere. She recognized most but not some. However, they were all drow and so she stayed where she was.

She would portal out for only a few hours at a time and then be back. A still shadow upon the balcony.

Then she saw it. Her crimson gaze targeted the figures as they approached. Hell hounds to which hers growled probably catching the scent. She silenced Nilok with a simple hand motion. Yet seeing the figure she, herself growled, then proceeded down into the library.

Upon receipt of the detailed daily reports from the Sorcere librarian, Krrja spots the entry of Draco's activities and chuckles over his likely fuitless search. It seems that a great many of the books in the library are missing, some shelves bare, others with just a few tomes. Most notably missing are those of planar learning and concearns, those that remain are the same as the common tomes found in Tarkuul.

As he heads upstairs he remarks to the librarian, "It is bweal that Usstan took the precaution of thwarting access to the Illharess' new.. um, friends."

The tiefling would casually look up from a book to the drow and answer "I am Ðraco Bloodcloak; acting liaison between House Tinnerai and the Church of Bane, I'm here as a guest of Ilharess Oloth'chu Tinnerai."
At the demand to dismiss his Hellhounds he would simply dismiss them uncaringly, not seeming intimidated in the slightest he simply would return to his studies after answering the mans questions.

Streeaka'ael would tell Draco to return to the Tinnerai qu'ellar and not return without a Tinnerai escort.

After speaking with Draco and confirming he was doing as Oloth instructed and not going upstairs into Sorceree but remaining downstairs in the public library created by Tinnerai she tells Draco that he may go un escorted to the library, he is a guest of Tinnerai in Tinnerai controlled space. She tries to figure out who's telling him otherwise from what she can get from Draco.

The next day the same tiefling returns, his two Helldounds right behind him. Takes a seat in his same old spot and continues his work as his hounds obediently lay at his feet. If he should run out of tomes based on the Hells or Devils themselves he would grab books he's already read and go over them again all the while glancing back over his notebook in contemplation.

*In another library ancient an old a dark robed wizard sits, in his hands a journal or note book of sorts filled with intricate an involved arcane diagrams mixed with fiendish rituals. As the dark robed wizard reads on he continues to make notes within his own skin bound journal for later reference,*

"Yes, Lotark Draco was correct, it will require three casters positioned at the three points of power"

*Valkin looks down at the arcane diagrams examining them, he nods to himself jotting down several other notes in his own journal. As he dose so from time to time he moves about the library locating more tomes within the living city that he then compares to Dracos notes.*

"It would see for the most part his ritual is ready, but it would be wise to ensure there will be no complications my pet"

*valkins bone hand extended out as he stokes the skull of his undead familiar. His research continues on late into the evening were he sits alone in the dark of the library quietly readying an preparing his findings for the ritual to come*
