Aly’isgar’s stride was easy to spot as she made her way around Edonil. As she passed the column where Daran of the Eternal Order had been tied she smiled. His blood had spattered on the stone there from the lesson in whipping. Yet it was how much scrubbing it would take him to get the gray ash out of her spider artwork on his face that made her pause. Making that eye patch the body of the spider to which she added legs had turned out quite lovely.

Why in the hells the Eternal Order thought to come down to the city of the Valsharess made Aly’isgar question their sanity. Did they not believe the tales of Drow? Did they think of Edonil as Cordor? And Daran had said they were shopping…She shook her head. As if Edonil were Underport where rivvil were tolerated.

And right in the middle of Aly’isgars art lesson with Daran… the three appeared. They were fully sparkling with enchantments, one with weapons out, all helmed and clearly rivvil.

Aly’isgar was still annoyed that she had to leave Daran and proceed to do her sworn duty as none other than the Ust’Ilharess was present. She approached the one with weapons out and commanded him to put them away. Then the idiotic creature refused her, asking whom she was, telling her to back off. Even now the stupidity of the rivvil amazed her.

It was not her job to see that every rivvil knew whom was whom. It was not her job to make them aware of insignia and symbols. As they knew none of these things and fully prepared for battle she could only assume that they were invaders. The most damning part was they were unescorted by Drow.

She grabbed the cloak front of the one with weapons out and jerked him forward telling him to do as she commanded. The fool resisted, wrenching from her grasp and then pushing her. Aly’isgar felt the cold rush of anger as she strode past the rivvil group and several paces behind began to prepare herself. It was too late for him now; he had made the mistake of making her look weak. He downed yet another potion and those near him began to cast. Yes, much too late for now, he would fall to her blade.

The flurry of battle, the chaos of battle seemed too short to Aly’isgar and soon all three invaders were lying in pools of their own blood.

Just as she searched them for symbols, keys, portal wands and weapons a shout went out.

More invaders? So soon? Aly’isgar sprang to her feet only to see other rivvil in familiar armor, Eternal Order armor. The one who had escaped earlier was back for Daran. Aly’isgar was amazed and the thought of whom this Daran might actually be in the Order was soon pushed aside as she pulled her blade and joined in tracking down the three new rivvil. Soon they too were cast down upon the stone floor of Edonils cavern.

Soon they discovered that the first group were Banites. Ilharess Oloth’chu’s “guests”. And yet if that were so -- then why were they not told the rules of Edonil, why were they not told how to show proper respect? Aly’isgar herself searched them and took keys, erased Edonil and any other near by underdark location from their portal wands and looked over weapons. The Ust’Ilharess commanded they be stripped to only their underwear. Except the female whom remained clothed just tied up with hemp rope.

The Ust’Ilharess commanded entertainment and the Banites were set against the Eternal Order in hand to hand combat. Aly’isgar was more interested in watching those whom didn’t spar. For the Ust’Ilharess allowed them to rest. Aly’isgar decided that they would work together to attack the Drow rather than provide entertainment.

She paused again looking down at the blood upon the stone at the arena. Of course they fell quickly, despite the blessings of their gods used to attempt to kill the Drow. Did they not realize that here, deep with in the earth; it was the Dread Queen of the Webs whom held sway and not a god from the surface?

When the Ust’Ilharess was done with them it was decided that the Eternal Order servants be taken to Tarkuul. Aly’isgar took them herself. She smiled again as she remembered them portaling in and the oaths called out as they realized where they were. She told them to portal out. Daran agreed, clearly he was more important than she had first thought for they followed with no argument. She wondered what the High Magistari would think of several underwear clad rivvil portaling in then portaling out.

The group of Banites were taken to Kohlingen. She wondered if any Triadic Knights were there or if the Banites were intelligent enough to portal out quickly.

She looked about and sighed. “Will they understand we are not a tourist attraction, I wonder?” She asked to the now quiet space around her. “Will they delude themselves into thinking they were innocent and not invaders?” Aly’isgar didn’t know the answers. However she had several new pieces to make for her Battle Board.

The shadow dragon kin, the one called Ne'Sekoleth, is rumored to have been abducted from Iniquity. If asked, the dancers would explain that a female, wearing dark clothing, with her face covered by a mask and head by a cowl, walked into the establishment, and after spending a few moments admiring the captive, she just grabbed him and pulled him through a portal, before any could react.

Incidentally, the same female could have been seen wandering through Edonil, as well as looking around through Iniquity, earlier that very cycle.
