“Obsidian Vanguard:

Denizens of the Dark!

The Obsidian Vanguard is after citizens with an adventurous streak for danger to assist in the vital task of discovering resources key to the ongoing wellbeing of our glorious settlement.

The reward for performing such a task shall be twenty thousand coins per member. Five thousand shall be given before you set out, the remainder shall be given if you succeed.

You will need to bring the following with you:

-Your Resolve
-Strong Rope
-A weapon of some kind
-Padded Clothing or Armour to protect you, and
-Some kind of talent only you possess that will help you and the group succeeed.

You will be required to submit an application to the L'Obsul Tradehouse and report there when officially summoned if you are accepted. Please understand that the Underdark is a dangerous place and you will be expected to leave the safety of the settlements into caverns that are infested with all manner of dangerous creatures. The Vanguard cannot guarantee your safety and will not be responsible if you receive an untimely demise. However the rewards are higher then the risks and you will return a rich citizen.

Also note that by submitting an application you are not officially joining the Obsidian Vanguard, only acting as a Freelancer in our employment. Should you wish to join the Obsidian Vanguard, then you must seek one of our members in person.
