It has come to my attention that the Ust'Ilharess seems to have given the task for our Queens City of Webs security to the newly arrived Ilharess Tal'Vyrae Noqut'tar. I encourage you to offer your assistance so that she is escorted properly.
Since she holds no rank in the Temple nor is her house ranked in our Queens City of Webs I am concerned that security is her focus. While I have met Ilharess Tal'Vyrae Noqut'tar and she seems to be devout to our Queen, we know very little about her and House Noqut'tar.

Arehte' places a report in the Ulsaruk's desk *As ordered I have examined the defences of Edonil during my patrol. I have found that if the manpower is available, we should create an armed rotating guard force at the gate to the city, composed of two guards if possible. Also, I would suggest a similar force to be place at the entrance to the merchant square. This would give us two guard forces totaling four soldiers on duty at a time that would be able to respond fairly quickly to disturbances in the city and also be posted where the most trouble is likely to arise. The guards that would be off rotation should be set up as a responding reserve, should trouble arise that the normal forces cannot handle*

The note would eventually disappear from its location and find itself in Felyndiira's hands, and if inquired about it, the drow standing guard outside the Magthere could attest to her many visits to the Magthere in the following cycles, even if none of them were met with any sucess.
