The Ul'saruk
The Ul'saruk, or Warlord, is the highest ranking warrior of a Drow city. They are in charge of making decisions concerning raids, the city's defense, and the training of warriors. Often the Ul'saruk is chosen from among the strongest of warriors, but with the responsibility and status that comes with the position, a shrewd mind, proper manners and a charismatic presence are great assets.
Sut'rinos
Sut'rinos means commander. They are the best of the best, the most trusted subordinates of the Ul'saruk. Upon achieving the rank of Sut'rinos, the drow is expected to hold classes, plan and execute raids, and work as the Ul'saruk's eyes and ears. They have the authority to promote Sargtlinen to the rank of Draada, without specifically consulting the Ul'saruk beforehand. They can also recommend possible Sut'rinos candidates to the Ul'saruk.
You can become a Sut'rinos only by the permission of the Ul'saruk. Levels of power do not matter, if he doesn't approve. The general guideline is, that two Sut'rinen per house, at maximum, will be accepted.
Draada'quarthin
The Draadan are the lower officers of the academy. Something equivalent of a lieutenant. Draadan may lead minor raids, take personal apprentices and aid in teaching the Sargtlinen. They answer to the Sut'rinen and the Ul'saruk, and will face the consequences of their failures. They can command Sargtlinen, as long as they're not contradicting orders from higher up. Dradan are often expected to lead patrols into the tunnels around the city.
Ust'Sargtlin
Ust sargtlin are the warriors who have proven themselves worthy of promotion but not ready to be an officer. There duties are to be the eyes and ears to the Draadan to help with training of the new recruits they may lead patrols but not raids. They must continue to train and attend classes and patrol the tunnels around the city.
Sargtlin
Sargtlinen are the lowest of warriors in the academy. They're the ones studying their first years in the academy, the footsoldiers with little value other than their combat-prowess and obedience. Unlike officers, a Sargtlin is just expected to follow orders. If they are told to take part in a plan bound to fail, they do it. The higher-ups, who have planned the operation, will face the consequences. The Sargtlinen are judged by their obedience. Sargtlinen frequently patrol the tunnels around the city, keeping an eye out for possible threats. They attend classes, and train in the use of many basic weapons. Most end up specializing in one, towards the end of their sargtlinhood.

*A note is left, more of an inquiry for Zek* Ul'Saruk, it has come to my attention that the temple has claimed warriors to be under them, and not under the melee'magthere. However, as is traditionary, the Olath'Sut'Rinos are too be supplied by us, with our finest, and still report in the Mellee'Magthere, could you look into this or am I mistaken?

A familiar drow figure stands in the Magthere after some time of absence, making his way to the noticeboard he looks over the rankings and flushes a deep red.
"Again I'm naut listed? They didn't even list my position up there!"
Taking up a quill he jots down his name and position, giving a small nod.
"Thats better, how this place kept from falling apart without me is a wonder."
And so it would seem that Thrialdor has returned to his duties.

A prominent posting it tacked up in the Magthere by Thrialdor who can be heard muttering about "...That slave driver Ul'Saruk naut even letting a person settle in." ALL able bodied warriors of Edonil, you owe service to your Magthere and to your city.
Anyone naut currently listed on the Magthere register is to report to a Draada'quarthin or higher for testing and assignment in service to the Magthere. -Ul'Saruk Zeketh'ryn.

Lo'milmar Cil'in passed by the Melee Magthere later that cycle. The old warrior, as usual only dressed in his brown blue robes, seemed a misfit among the training soldiers and bashed dummies. The ordinary leather whip visible whilst he passed through the ranks, apparently in search of someone. When he had located the short man, who betrayed his own location by the malevolent curses he was uttering to his slave Uxultius, Lo'milmar headed straight for Thrialdor Te'lin.
"Since you'd been out of work due to the Matrons' former rulings, Thrialdor, you should insist on that raise now that Ul'saruk Zekekthryn has rehired you. You've harassed me long enough for it."

All Magthere members take special note in your patrolling of the city and the surrounding area to keep watch for any unknown persons attempting to enter the city. They are to all be questioned as to their purpose and dealt with as the situation deems appropriate.

Once familiar figure to the halls of the Melee-Magthere can be seen reading the notices of the Melee-Magthere. Those guards that might still linger from his times as a sut'rinos of the Melee-Magthere might report to those of appropriate standing that Malag'Yaz Qos'Yutsu has returned to the city, though without his house insignias or Melee-Magthere's badges. The male leaves after a while of reading and leaves no word for the guards of his presence. Wearing his helmet it was hard to decipher what his initial thoughts were about the notice board's content.

Inside the note is a message:
Greetings, Ul'saruk. I ask of you an audience to discuss my re-joining of the Melee-Magthere. I was part of it in Ultrinnan and here in Edonil. I have spent some time away from the city, but now I aspire to have a name and title for myself within the academy of warriors. To better serve the queen and the city. I was once a sut'rinos and an ust'sut'rinos, I wish for you to evaluate me and re-instate me as a draada'quarthin. I want nothing more at the current time and less I would not even consider.

If the note from Malag'yaz was indeed left in the Ul'ath'tallars desk, it would find its way to the Melee Magthere within a short amount of time. 52 having given it to Thrialdor Tel'in.

Thrialdor dressed in fine new clothing and oddly in a fairly good mood for himself posts up a notice to the Magthere ranks board. "This better not cut into my raise, I already ordered that new throne for my sitting room."
The notice reads:
For his recent exemplary service Sut'rinos Auen'nal is awarded the title of first among the Magthere's Sut'rinen, this means that he may now act as my direct representative at times or in situations that I deem suitable and is second in the eyes of the Magthere only to the Ul'saruk.

"Vendui', jabbuk.
I have evaluated a jabbress named Bluecap. She claims to have come to Edonil from the Pit and now seeks to further her newfound skills. Her key features are survival and utilizing the shadows and adapting to her surroundings. She uses currently a shield and a short sword. She has convinced me of her potential and I recommend that you add her to our ranks in Melee-Magthere. She will make a fine addition, once she is schooled to her best of potentials.

There is a new hint concerning the attacks that have been troubling Edonil of late.
Apparently a trail has appeared that led us to believe we're dealing with a psion.
However, the psionic attacks are not caused by a gnome whatsoever but by a

On her glide through the Academies Ul'ath'tallar Nizzre'tyne finds the little note. A few hand gestures and a chant later the entire notice board is struck by a mighty gout of flame. The charred remains are all that is left of the board and a scorch mark marks the wall where it had been.
She finds Thrialdor Tel'in and in a not so pleasant tone tells him to find this Bluecap and the Ul'Saruk for they are both invited for tea with the Ul'ath'tallar.

Thrialdor reposts copies of the Magthere's rankings and structure upon the still black and burnt notice board additionally he places up a large notice that read:
"Any reports or sensitive information should be relayed to your direct superiors. Should any subordinates any of you have fail to do so you shall be responsible for their failures. So I would suggest keeping your subordinates well trained.
-Ul'saruk Zeketh'ryn."
Thrialdor then paces off back to his office rubbing the bridge of his nose and muttering about the paperwork involved with replacing the notice board and everything on it.

A letter is left for the Ul'saruk.
"I strongly recommend that you would accept jabbress Irr'afae to Melee-Magthere's ranks as a sargtlin. I have already begun to teach her and she has good potential despite her young age. She'll become a shadowdancer and her choice of weaponry is in rapiers.
Also, I wanted you to know that M'elzar Alakton d'My'afin has assisted me well in my lecture for this jabbress. I have always encouraged co-operation with the Melee-Magthere and he too seems like-minded. Perhaps we can use him for future classes as well.

A short note is left in reply.
Very well, dancers are a useful aspect in battle that the Magthere has rarely utilized in much regard, Irr'afae shall be added to our ranks.
In regards to the the M'elzar he is approved for future use you may have of him. And further, attempts to work and co-ordinate with the other academies are highly encouraged.
