I have been projecting my efforts to acquiring an effective armoury for the vanguard to be used in time of crisis. On my own these efforts have proved useful, however, any who wish to see the potential greatness of our sanctuary fulfilled I request that you take the time in your busy schedules to acquire weapons, armour and equipment to deliver to the Vanguard. Of course I do not expect donations. You will be paid for the items at a price comparable to what you could acquire if sold at market, however, by selling them to the vanguard you will be adding to our isle's power.

Consider this as a suitable alternative to giving to merchants after your next raid.
