Written in drow and posted in the settlements of Nec'perya, L'Obsul and Underport are the following notices.

To the chosen children of the Dread Queen! To those who are able and willing to pledge their skills and abilities to the service of Her and to advancing and protecting the power of the Drow!

Answer this call and join the Vanguard! For we of the Vanguard are building and creating a grand project for the glory of the Dread Queen, the city that you may already know as Nec'perya. We are but just beginning to realise this grand scheme, and so the time is ripe for any to mark their worth and sign up to the Vanguard.

What is the Vanguard one might ask? We are the Melee-Magthere, we are the Sorcere, we are the relentless force guided by the Temple that drives our people to greater heights and to our rightful place as a mighty power of the Underdark and scourge of those who dare to incur the Dread Queen's wrath!

To those of a martial bent, those who boast physical prowess and to be the tip of the lance that drives the Vanguard's fury into our enemies, send a missive to the Zanjur of War, Unuldor d'Vilrath!

To those who can wield the power of the Weave, those who seek to uncover the mysteries of the arcane and to harness this great power to elevate our people further! Send a missive to the Zanjur of Power, Zah'har d'Vilrath!

The Vanguard will make use of any skillset one can offer it, whether it is the forging of weapons, the keeping of rothe, the weaving of silk or something more obscure! To those, send a missive to either Heralds or to the Sut'rinos of the Vanguard, Naltyrr!!

Leave any missives at the Nec'perya or the L'Obsul Tradehouse, you may contact any of the three listed in joining our glorious project should your initial contact is unresponsive. Include the following information about yourself when sending the application so that we may know how to best apply your skills in service of the Dread Queen.

Name: (self-explanatory!)
Allegiance: (patron deity, noble houses etc.)
Combat Skills: (method of fighting)
Trade Skills: (points in crafting skills, jobs from the job system)

*The few children Nec'perya boasts have taken to sport in the street, brandishing driftwood swords and non-edible mushroom shields. They assault each other in good sport as Vanguard vs Orcs.*

If Isendu't'tar would happen across a group of kids playing, he'd sheathe his hammer and observe, giving critique and advice for how to block and strike, and ready to offer healing in case a child got extra lucky and critically wounded another.

That child would first, however, get a pat on the head.
