Early one cycle a number of posters appear around the city of Nec'perya. Two are affixed to the pillars near they leyline node, another on the exterior doorway of the Temple, two inside of the building housing the shops and bar, one inside the main area of the proposed Vanguard HQ, and a few in other key locations where there is usually foot traffic. Each is hand written in the elegant flowing handwriting that none could mistake for any hand not the Ul'ath'tallar's own, and at the bottom is her personal seal: A spider with a drow head sitting on a web, the eye-ink infused with darkvision powder so that they glow and the foremost limbs baring a crossed longsword and whip. Unlike other postings, however, it seems she has included more stock of the powder, various bolded and important areas of writing given the subtle glow to any drow's eyes to make the announcement stand out.

We have seen great strides in the progress of our fair city. Ever do we drive ourselves to improve upon the glorious prize the Valsharess has bestowed upon us with Her most divine Will. She has shown favor upon us in this gift, and all that we accomplish to expand Her glory is but another step towards our domination of the caverns around us in Her Domain.
While we work on many projects for the betterment of Nec'perya it may seem as if time takes it's toll. But we must never forget that always are we moving forward, always are we striving to bring ever more grandeur to Her Name. Time we have, though we must take care to not tarry in our work lest She grow displeased with our efforts. We will not grow stagnant as past cities have. We will not become lax in our vigilance to do our duty to our Creator. We will not forget the edicts which She has blessed us with.
We will prevail where others have fallen!
All of you know of the glorious missions that the Spider Bearer has undertaken through the black waterways of the Spider Queen's Domain. Each has been successful, the Captain and his crew's faith in Lolth and Her Champion and their dedication have seen to this. Fresh supplies have been secured, routes of trade opened, and most importantly we have done what others have feared to do. We have charted our way through the black waterways of our home where no other would. Our faith in Her has brought this glory to our fledgling fleet and city, and it is because of our faith in Lolth that we will succeed where all others have failed!
In honor of the Dread Valsharess and the glorious successes we have invoked in Her most highest of all names, the Valsharess' Temple is declaring a celebration to take place at the close of the next tenday. For two cycles shall this wondrous celebration linger in our fair city. Succulent food shall be prepared for one and all. Exquisite wine shall flow like the blood of our foes. Let us revel in the glory that is our most exalted race under Her ever watchful gaze!
