"Sultha lu'ragar zakath"
These words have recently appeared on the cavern floor in front of the entrance from the Sandy beach so that one entering the cave would see them right side up. Those familiar with the underdark would recognize the language as Drow.
The letters are large enough to notice and written in glistening red. The script is neat with lovely flourishes. It is obvious the writer took their time as the last letter is as splendid as the first. As time goes on, the glistening red begins to fade to a dark red almost black.
The exact same message also appears to face those coming from the ferry to the Hollow Caverns. Through the door and just as the passage widens.
It's likely the kobold tending the pale orchids by the entrance from the Sandy Beach may have seen the author.
//Those able to translate would read, "Enter and find agony".

A frown creased the drow's forehead as he came accross the message at the ferry of the Hollow Cavern. His lips pursed in thought as he fiddled the string of his bow. He was not used to seeing tracks that implied another person haunted the rodent infested cavern. He took a moment to scribble the text into a piece of parchment before taking a closer look at the caverns and its possible, new inhabitants.

Depending on where was searched they may find bats and rats left where they died littering the cavern floor. Most cut in half by a blade, some bear the damage of a whip. Boot prints in the dust run the entirety of the cavern, heavy and dainty high healed.

Blood makes a lovely medium for messages or at least that could be the thought of whomever recently decorated the Hollow Caverns entrances.
“Tlu Alus” Now greets anyone entering from the beach. “Tlu Alus” also shouts out to anyone entering through the door from the rafter.
The letters are bold and plain. Furthermore, it seems the author was serious enough to carve into the stone itself so that the blood isn't brushed as on a painting. Instead it is pooled into the furrows the letters have left.
//For those who can translate Drow to Common: “Be Gone”

A troop of five dwarves, a human and a hin enter the caves from Sandy Beach. No attention is paid to the written messages. Even if any of the troop could read drow, little mind would be given to them. They banter noisily through the caves making their way towards the entrance to Ultrinnan where a number of svirfneblin and deep rothe await them. A friendly conversation is made between the two groups once they meet, the boisterous dwarven voices echoing throughout the cave system and the softer spoken svirfneblin less so. After sometime, they all depart together back through the caves and out to Sandy Beach leaving a wake of dead rodents and rothe droppings in their path.

The cavern ceiling is high so the smoke from the fire upon the hill next to the huge gates of Ultrinnan that are now missing drifts up. Yet the pungent odor of meat cooking would make its way to other places nearby. As for the trail of dead rodents, only their blood marks the places they had fallen. The rothe droppings are conspicuously missing as well.
