I Alakaun of Ussen d'Vhid hereby shall be the new Sut'rinos of the Vanguard. By the blessings of the Ust'Illharess, Miz'ri of Ussen d'Vhid, I am granted this new title and shall begin reintiating the training and protection of the city. In conjunction with the Academy Project, the Vanguard Headquarters shall become a place of Prowess, knowledge, and production for the better of the City and to raise ourselves above all others.

Recruitment begins as of now, you can find me in the Peninsula House or The Vanguard Tower.
