Drow warriors of L’Obsul,

It has come to my attention that a great many drow of this city are unable to use a number of the abilities our blood has gifted us. Given that further conflicts are imminent in the future; I believe it is necessary that all those willing to fight to further the interest of our city make use of these powers. As such, Naltyrr and myself will be conducting a training session open to all the drow.

To those that are capable, you will be guided on how to use our natural abilities of Dancing Lights, Faerie Fire and – if possible – Levitation, the ability that is the moniker of outstanding drow. I strongly encourage any involved in group expedition outside of the city to make themselves available for this opportunity. The method of warfare taught by Melee Magthere finds the employ of such abilities essential.

Either find me or send a missive to register your interest. A time and location for this will be posted in the coming cycles.

The goal of this is to provide an in-game player-run event that players can use to clear the RP requirement to request the three drow powers. At the appointed time, Kerath addresses the bustling market, filled with travelling drow. "Drow of L’Obsul. The training session to learn about your dormant powers will now begin. Follow me and we shall head outside where the faerzress is more liable to assist us in our learning. To those that will be late, we will be in the Cave Pockets!”

// Thanks for all those attended. As a reminder you can get Faerie Fire from a DM for 10 DCs and Dancing Lights for 1 DC with no need for an actual request, just ask a DM. Keep in mind there are two kinds of widgets you can use for Dancing Lights, the Lighter which makes beams of light. And the PLC Prefab which makes smokey lights and an assortment of other magicky visuals good for those into the arcane.

The training session seems to occur without incident. Together, drow from the Houses Zau’tar and Vilrath, along with several houseless wanderers can be seen heading into the Cave Pockets where they begin their training. Perhaps, most surprising is the fact that all the drow returned very much alive. The session is detailed and, according to Kerath, a large success when he reports back to his matron. In the coming cycles, Kerath and Naltyrr would repeat the training session again. This time targeting it at the Zau'tar rank and file warriors. Ensuring that they not only had access to all the abilities at their disposal, but the knowledge of how to use them.
