The sounds of screaming could be heard echoing throughout the main keep for a few days, now. The screams sound male and often are complete jibberish. Were one to investigate the door from which the sound is originating, they'd find a notice on the door bearing Felix Durstige's signature:
The man contained herein is very dangerous and is not to be paid any attention. He assaulted me last tenday and will be held until I have proper aid in the matter. His mind is not his own, his mutterings are nonsensical jibberish. I will be resolving this issue shortly.
-Felix Durstige, Protectorate
Food and water is administered properly, and carefully.

The Captain lumbers down the dungeon halls during a routine sweep of the City. Upon seeing the notice he would double take, baring no typical concern for the screams or incoherent babbling. His violet gaze drops to the name on the parchment. A clawed hand half reached to tear through the page before he reconsiders and notes the words written. He listens briefly for anything that may be considered unusual coming from the cell before storming off to his office snarling underneath his breath.
"Felix Durstige Protectorate.. Not to my knowledge"

In her office, Irae bids her Corrupter to go listen for anything that might signal a breaking of the City's laws. Other than that, she stays out of it.

The sounds would have stopped a few days back, blood dried and crackled on the floor of the first cell on the right. The notice, also, is removed.
