*A group of dark-robed shady characters enters The City through the portal outside. They all seem in a hurry, all three of them carrying a large chest. Hastily they would make their way inside the Temple of Velsharoon and disappear underground closing the doors shut behind them.
It wouldn't last long before they would be seen leaving the city allthough only one of them would carry the large chest now and with much greater ease. As they left they seemed relieved, happy even... their step light and swift.
The contents of the chest could be found in one of the cells in the Temple, lying on the floor naked, covered only by a dirty blanket. A human girl... no.. a young woman. Her piercing-blue eyes glaring around half-consciously. Her body seemingly normal with a few bruises here and there and her right arm devoid of most flesh, some straps still hanging off, too stubborn to let go of the bones they're attached to.
Despite the girls natural grey-ish skin colour her face would still be visibly pale, probably from a mixture of pain, dehydration and starvation. Too weak to sand up she crawls to the metal door, but it's locked.
She's trapped inside.*

The temple guards are requested by the slight Drowess to get the names of whomsoever decided to use the City as their personal repository, and the name and situation of the girl she seeks out herself.

The doors are in fact not locked, and she is free to go, as the City does not keep random people's prisoners, especially if they are not enemies of the Living City.
Feeding, clothing, and quenching her thirst are her own problem, but she has her liberty.

As she finds the door unlocked, all it would take for her is to struggle her way out. Somehow managing to pull herself up with one hand, while the other remains motionless she'd make half her way down the Temple of Velsharron, passing out just as she reaches door leading outside.

A Dark robed figure in a black ceremonial robe would be standing on the verge of the steps in front of The idol of Velsharoon with a white bone like mask concealing his face and bares a huge symbol of Velsharoon on his chest and cloak, one would immidetly see that he is a Priest of The Vaunted.
He walks down the steps to the girl passed out at the door and picks her up gently with some ease and lays her body on a nearby bench and attempts to wake her up, the robed figure would introduce himself as Bleeder Apothis ~Void~ Fettel and offer anything she might need, including a spare change of clothes.

Wheb she wakes, Irae'arra is there with questions. "Who are you? Who was that that brought you and thought to lock you in this most sacred of cities? What are their names?"

All the girl would seem to need is some clothing, food and apparently some medical care.
She wouldn't say much, introducing herself as Claire. Answering the drowesses questions she'd explain that she didn't know the identity of her kidnappers nor where she is at the moment. She'd explain that the last thing she remembers was travelling down the coastal roads when she was attacked and then lost her consciousness.

Irae sees the girl to comfort and ease with the Temple, and orders the guards to detain and bring to her the ones who brought the girl, should they reappear within the City, that she might remind them of the Laws.

The girl allthough very intimidated by Irae's skin color would thank her plenty, asking to seek refuge in the City.
She would also ask her for any hint as to whom she might contact regarding her damaged arm. The boes on it aren't of an undead but they are hers, the only things missing is the flesh around them... for most parts.

Irae is quite solicitous, assuring the girl that so long as the Laws are followed, the City will be safe haven to her. As for her arm, she attempts to see to it. While not a licensed Healer, her skills are considerable.

Curing the arm would be as easy as just healing up the fleshy knob on her shoulder. The rest of the tast would involve cleaning up the reamining straps of flesh stuck to the bone and of course dealing with any matters related to diseases or infections.
Glad she has a place to stay Claire would be ever thankful for Irae's hospitality and immediately ask for a copy of the Laws so she could prevent breaking any by accident.
