A woman, cloaked in midnight blue, is seen carrying a dozen of parchments around the city of Tarkuul.
She seems to scatter them near and far, but the notices all read the same.

A note left under her door had caught her attention off guard. She fiddled with it, rolling the piece of parchment slowly as she considered it's words. She'd not been expecting such an alliance with the sort, but if it was to bring more profit in for the trading syndicate, along with a possible donation here and there, she'd make the sacrifice. It's not like she didn't like the old bastard who sent it. She'd rather found him amusing, and sometimes down right impulsive. He had her taste in fine weaponry, along with armor. If he was capable of doing as he had said, she'd have a pretty good set up for the first stall to be open.

The mulled over process didn't take as long as she expected. In fifteen minutes, she'd done wrote a missive back to the sender, and made her way downstairs so she could port to Cordor.

~~Upon returning~~

She had left the letter at the Nomad for the sender, buying a few scrolls at the merchant's hall to add to her collection. As she made her way back to the city of Tarkuul, she began looking around for the Captain. With not seeing him at that moment, she went to his office and slid a missive under his door.

"Captain,
I've been meaning to get in touch with you about the trading hall, and the possibility of aiding to your guards.
If you've the time, please seek me out at your earliest opportunity.
--Phrixus"

The notices she once scattered can still be seen, but some are now also seen with an addition added in blue.

The posters of the needs of the Syndicate still seem to roam freely along city of Tarkuul. It seems fresh ones find their way there, with each passing day. The newest ones, however, state a date and time of a meeting.

The Syndicate will be holding a meeting in the newly refurbished trading hall.
Any person with skills, crafts, and/or abilities, or love for the trade may attend.
Those of the divine who can scribe, make wands, or potions are still very much needed.

If you come just for the free refreshments, which will be served, please feel free to put my boot up your ass.

-Miss Phrixus

The latest posters are refreshed and left again in the streets and buildings of the city of Tarkuul. The woman known as Phrixus can constantly be seen with a notebook in hand, and a constant step of haste. Her attitude seems to reflect her keen interest in her business, as she seems to keep from others unless they specify what they want first. If to step up to her with an offer addressing the "Syndicate" or "Donations" she will address you nicely, even offering you a sit down to speak. If you are to come to her and address her about different topics, such as the weather and anything she finds as non-indulging conversation, she'd merely push you out of her thoughts and continue on.

One thing is for certain, the woman is all about business.

The blue-clad woman sits at her desk, a stack of parchments in front of her. The mirror that sits in front of her desk is covered with sheets from her bed. The work now is slow on responding to missives, updating her inventory, and maintaining her collective attitude. Deadlines. Had none of them heard of deadlines? She'd worked tirelessly on grouping everything, bagging everything, and putting proper things in storage. The opening day would be coming soon, and she still needed lists, papers returned, things to be -done-. She'd still not even had a list of arcane scrolls and wands that could be crafted.

With an aggravated growl, she picks up her quill and dips it into the vial of ink. She'd continue her job, and she'd continue to do it well. She'd not fail. She'd made sure the Voice knew who had been working for this.

...and when the time came, they'd all know what she was capable of doing.
