Shortly after dusk, Beldor could be seen approaching the poster hung in the Ghostly Kraken. In an instant, his eyes narrow sharply behind his mask and his hand raises as if to jerk the poster down from the wall... However, after a moment of his glove hovering over the banner, he lowers the hand back to his side. The cloaked and armored figure steps back and looks it over once more, its shadowed eyes rolling dispassionately over the poster's iconographic undertones. Another few moments follow as he seems to think to himself, his hand gripping at the bottom of his chin. Finally, he gives a defeated sigh and turns away. Striding towards the exit with deliberate steps, he tugs his hood slightly lower and mutters something under his breath, just barely audible to any he passes on his way out.

"... So be it..."

As of late, the poster seems to be turned into a small shrine. An armoured young man can be seen to light candles and incense at the site, even going so far as leaving small mythal crystals there as an offering.

The one-handed elf, seeing posters, wonders - "was it mandatory to bolt white ring behind head to his back?"

Beldor happens upon one of the newly-made shrines near the noticeboard and regards it from distance. He shakes his head, giving a heavy sigh, until he spots the mythals apparently left in offering. His gazes fixes keenly upon the crystals, and for but the twinkling of an eye it seems that he is oblivious to all else...

A crack. A spark. A sound like shattering glass. Light. Warm, violent light, pulsing, bounding, streaming into his veins, rushing joyously into every fiber of his being and then--And then darkness returns...

A long, cool exhalation. Perhaps one of satiety. Perhaps one of a still lingering hunger. Beldor clenches his fist tightly as a few arcs of light course over it. He continues onward towards Castle Tarkuul.

A misty ocean breeze whistles through the now mythal-less shrine.

The others soon follow suit.

At the various shrines, a number of fresh candles are lit.
The atmosphere around is filled with the scent of incense burning on small metal plates.

An unusual figure visits the shrines, placing at each a small plinth of gold with a star sapphire in each. Above and around the plinth flit small illusory lights, almost like tiny fireflies. They hover in the vicinity of visitors, yet seem as solid as the air around them. The sapphires themselves seem to be singing softly, a tune one might recognize as an ancient Netherese hymn to Mystryl. With these newest additions, the very air of the shrines seems to anticipate magic.

A dark clad figure is accompanied by a skeletal work crew. Directed by his hand the abominable shrine is removed along with any posters of the Spellblade. The sapphires being the only thing collected from the remains of it.
