Citizens of Tarkuul, there is a project in the Lowland Delta in need of skilled hands. Those of you with any carpentry experience will be a great asset, skilled laborers will also be required in order to clean up the burnt remains of the current building to rebuild the establishment into a first rate trading outpost. The land itself is extremely fertile, thus we are also calling upon any of you with past experience in farming. You will receive charitable pay as well as room and board from your employers, if you are worried about the dangers in the swamps fear not. For some of the Living Guard's finest men will be escorting you to this work site and watch over you during. Through the completion of this project you will not only improve your living conditions, but of your families and all of Tarkuul. All of those that are interested leave a your names and work experience on a piece of parchment and slip them under the door to my office and I will be sure to get back to you.

While some few would begin to sign up, one or two here and there, the majority of those citizens of the Enclave would have heard the rumors of the plague that had befallen the Lowlands Delta in past months, and would seem extremely leery about signing up to voluntarily go there.

*With the turnout so unexpectedly small all those that showed interest will have been accepted. Receiving a letter of thanks for their commitment and bravery, informing them to bring what they need with them to the cities portal the following morning. Where they will be escorted by members of the Living Guard.*

The High Captain can even be seen assigning the escort if one bothered to follow him around.
