As you may have noticed, the offices of Castellan and Speaker of the Council have been moved from the
Tower of the Damned to Castle Tarkuul. This leaves a whole floor unused. It is my intention to turn it into
a private quarters of the Magisterium Mortis. Your task is to think of what would be beneficial to have
within these quarter and make a suggestion. I would personally want an exclusive shop containing
upgraded and unique magical items and scrolls suited for our trade and an exclusive library available
solely to the members of the Academy of Tarkuul.
