Posted in all Public and Private locations in Tarkuul.

Attention,

Next Saturday, or in nine days, Tarkuul will be holding a meeting. Such meeting is both public and private. The beginning of the meeting will give the floor to any Citizens of Tarkuul, or Amians in general, the ability to express some topics before us. These topics can be discussed with any Tarkuul official that makes it to the meeting. Which would be any Councilors, Living Guard, or Magisterium Mortis members. Once this public conversation is over, all non-officials will be dismissed and a Private meeting will be held.

While it is not mandatory for any Living Guard member, Magisterium Mortis, or Councilors to show up. It would be within Tarkuul's best interest to have an audience. I shall be taking this within my own initiative to do every weekend for the foreseeable future, starting in nine days. The first Saturday of the next month. Notes will be taken and placed on the Captain of the Living Guard's desk and all Councilor's for distribution.

Any unruly guest will be removed from Tarkuul. All who enter must respect the Law first. Citizens of Tarkuul will be given the floor first, then non-citizens.
