Attention citizens and visitors of the Living City, Over the course of the last few years the Living City has undergone many changes to not only the city itself, but the leadership which guides us. Below you will find a directory that will guide you to specific individuals of Tarkuuls leadership you may forward your enquiries or applications. Mherun Xilphas [DM]: Current Archmage of the Living City he holds the highest rank second only to The Sentience. He oversees the Council and ensures the City is on the right path. Sera Faluvious: She is the Castellan; a member of the Council of Hands. She is the final authority on all matters concerning the citys defence and military. Laura Jarshall: High Priestess of Velsharoon and member of the Council of Hands. Those in need of clerical services should see her. She is also knowledgable in Arcane Theory, and can serve the role of Arcanist, to a degree. Alexander MacKay: Legate of the Living Guard / Black Company. He is currently the highest ranking member second to the Castellan and the Council itself. Applications to join the Living Guard / Black Company go to him.
